Gage: a valued object offered in good faith.

The Olden Gage was born from a love of vintage houseware, decor, craft books and cook books. Michelle has been collecting vintage for over 35 years and it took a pandemic to turn the love of collecting privately into something she wanted to share and to offer in good faith to those who love beautiful vintage as much as she does.

With a working background in high end houseware, she has a keen eye for spotting design treasures that both stand out and stand the test of time.

She works as a Part-time Professor in the Visual Merchandising & Fashion Arts programs at Seneca College and still works Freelance as a Visual Merchandiser/Window & Prop Display Artist. Because of this, olden gages are slowly but surely being added to this website.
